Initial on-site appointments include 1 hour professional computer and IT repair service. Our service fee is $159 for an initial 1 hour on-site repair visit. Service calls outside Jefferson, Oldham, Clark, and Floyd counties may attract a nominal surcharge based on distance.
We’re able to fix many common problems with desktop PCs, laptops, and WiFi issues during our initial 1 hour on-site visit. If we’re unable to repair your device on-site or if we must order parts, we’ll take your device to our shop and return it upon completion of repairs.
The on-site technician will provide you with a work order estimating additional expenses.

As a provider of on-site professional services, we carry over $4 million in liability insurance, $1 million professional technology errors & omissions, and $1 million in network security coverage, not to mention automobile liability, property coverage (including computers/devices in our safe-keeping), and workers compensation as required by state law.
There is no legal requirement for this coverage, aside from workers comp, in Kentucky. Be aware, other service provider may lack insurance coverage or this level of comprehensive coverage.

Payment for initial service call is due at time of service. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay, as well as cash or check.
NOTICE: Check acceptance is subject to approval from our check verification service. Please note, checks are processed electronically and typically clear the same business day. Dishonored checks are assigned to collections and fees will be assessed as permitted by state and federal laws.
